Shipping

  • Shipping within Australia is $15. All items will be sent via Express Post and include tracking. Delivery is within 1-3 business days.
  • Collection in store is available for domestic buyers.
  • Shipping to New Zealand is $25. All items will be sent via DHL Express and include tracking. Delivery is within 2-3 business days.
  • For international shipping (excluding New Zealand), please email us at online@poepke.com.
  • All prices include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). This will be deducted from orders outside Australia at the checkout.
  • International orders may incur duties, taxes or clearance charges at the country of destination, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Estimated delivery times exclude customs or other delays at the country of destination.
  • Some items cannot be shipped outside Australia and New Zealand due to label restrictions.

 

Returns

  • Poepke would like our customers to feel confident when purchasing online. Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase in original condition only.
  • Returns for underwear or sale items will not be accepted unless faulty. 
  • If an item is not as you expected or if you have changed your mind, it can be returned for an exchange or credit note (valid for 3 months) for the total value of the goods, not including shipping. We do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty.
  • The customer is responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit, and any return shipping fees will be at your own cost. Additional shipping fees will be charged for exchanges.
  • Notify us at online@poepke.com within 24 hours of receiving your item if you wish to arrange a return.
